SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINES
Filling machines provide filling process of products with a variety of different densities, they are divided into six groups; liquid filling, cream & paste filling, granule filling, sack filling, weighing filling and powder filling machines.
Semi-automatic filling machines are ideal for small to medium scale production lines. A good operator can achieve output speeds of up to 40 container per minute, additionally; a changeover from one product to another takes only a few minutes.
They offer fast, accurate and flexible filling solutions; our semi-automatic filling machines are suitable for filling any liquid; whether it is free-flowing fragrances and alcohols, or if it is viscous syrups and adhesive liquids, our machines are suitable for filling edible liquids like yogurt for example.
(most of our semi-automatic filling machines only require a compressed air supply)
Our liquid Filling machines are made from top quality materials, designed carefully to be compact, versatile and efficient to meet our costumers’ Expectations. Our machines are suitable for round, flat or vial shaped bottles.
The desired volume of the machine can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity.
The Motor and the Gearbox of the machine are covered in an SS cabinet. All of our machines come enclosed in an elegant stainless-steel matt-finished body.
