General Description
Automatic wrapping labeling machines are used to adhere a partial or a full wrapping label to Cylindrical or Elliptical bottles, jars, boxes, and similar products that are fed manually on the conveyer belt or from the automatic filling line. (labels can also be adhered to the front and to the back of the product)
The speed settings of the conveyor belt and the wrapping band are controlled by independent motors to provide the suitable settings for prices and rapid labeling.
All of Our label wrapping systems are PLC controlled, the photocell is fixed but the position settings are automatically controlled by the PLC. Ultrasonic sensors are used for transparent labels (as requested).
