General Description
It is designed to fill and seal liquid and semi-liquid products depending on the required capacity, bowl size and desired shape, our machines are available in more than one model with 1 to 10 rows.
Machines that work with stackable cups are also available with automatic cup feeding options.
All parts and support frames that come into contact with the products are made of high quality AISI 304/316 stainless steel.
Function
Cups are delivered to the turntable by a vacuum-assisted dispenser and filled with an automatic, non-splash, non-drip product filler, while achieving a product weight deviation range of 0.2%. Control
Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), it can be configured for a variety of production applications. All of the machine’s functions are controlled from a digital touch screen with a state-of-the-art, menu interface.
